Welcome to LOTMAN (lotman.pk). These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and legal frameworks regulating your access to and purchase of surplus garments, stock lots, and wholesale apparel items displayed on our platform.
1. Account & Store Usage
By browsing, creating a secure user registration profile, or completing purchases on lotman.pk, you explicitly confirm that you comply with the following parameters:
- You will provide completely authentic, accurate, and current contact details, destination shipping locations, and phone coordinates during checkout.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy safeguards of your customer login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel pending bulk cart acquisitions, or refuse access to clearing sales if security protocol violations are discovered.
2. Pricing & Stock Lots Orders
Because LOTMAN specializes in factory leftovers, export surplus stocks, and high-velocity clearances, specific product rules apply:
- Price Variations: All item pricing listed on the storefront remains subject to sudden adjustments without prior notice based on seasonal production lots or warehouse arrivals.
- Order Validation: Receipt of a digital cart invoice notification does not indicate absolute order acceptance. Our central کراچی hub team reserves the right to cancel items due to sudden factory stock shortages or shipping errors.
- Sale Items: Apparel purchased under marked flash clearance brackets or weekend warehouse events are considered final transaction closures and cannot be canceled post-dispatch.
3. Shipping & Payment terms
To keep nationwide shipping transparent and highly secure across all provinces, the following policies apply:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): All parcel transactions running through COD require complete retail payment fulfillment to the designated delivery courier rider before opening the package.
- Refusal of Delivery: Customers who repeatedly reject authentic, verified COD orders at their doorstep without a valid reason will be blacklisted from placing future orders.
- Address Modifications: Sizing and physical destination modifications must be reported immediately via WhatsApp before the shipping tag passes the "Dispatched" status.
4. Intellectual Property
The look, feel, media assets, text descriptions, layout elements, and functional code components housed on lotman.pk are protected under local compliance laws:
- You may not replicate, extract, download, or distribute product photography or blog articles for external commercial resale avenues without written approval from LOTMAN executives.
- Any unauthorized use of our branding identifiers or web frameworks will trigger immediate legal action.
5. Liability & Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the corporate laws of Pakistan:
- LOTMAN shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, transportation strikes, or customs check delays.
- Any formal disputes, legal claims, or operational disagreements arising out of storefront transactions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
