Customers can easily launch an exchange request or return claim within 7 days of tracking receipt delivery. Once this window closes, we cannot process claims or adjust stocks.

To qualify for a seamless exchange validation check, items returned to our depot must fulfill the parameters below:

• The article must remain completely 100% unworn, unwashed, and clean.
• Original packaging boxes or manufacturer tags must be attached.
• The clothing line must be free of stains, localized odors, perfumes, or alterations.

Because LOTMAN products trade heavily at wholesale clearance stock prices, articles bought under flash clearing sales, special bundles, or clearance bins are strictly Final Sale and are not exchangeable unless they arrive physically torn or damaged.

If an exchange is requested due to a personal style shift or buyer change of mind, the return shipping courier fees are covered by the customer. However, if an article contains a manufacturing defect, missing items, or a wrong size mismatch caused by our warehouse dispatch, LOTMAN handles all pick-up and replacement transit fees.

Once your parcel arrives safely back at our primary Godhra hub in Karachi, our verification inspectors check the inventory status. The replacement garment shipment or shopping credit coupon voucher code is issued within 3 to 5 business days.
