What happens if I miss a courier delivery attempt? +
Our designated logistics partners make up to 2 distinct delivery attempts at your physical address. If you are unreachable, the courier office will dial your mobile number to reschedule. Unclaimed items will automatically route back to our distribution hub after 48 hours.
Can I inspect the parcel contents before paying the COD rider? +
According to strict nationwide courier delivery regulations in Pakistan, riders cannot open sealed retail packages before receiving the Cash on Delivery amount.
